Fixtures and glass door installed in the second floor bathroom

May 23rd, 2009 · 1 Comment

A lot has happened since our last update.

The glass that we had ordered from Taps was delivered and installed by Doors and More. It basically splits the bathtub area into thirds. One third is a fixed piece of glass, one third is a door on hinges and one third is left open. This is exactly what we wanted.

Also Ben installed the fixtures and Jim is painting the room.

We should be completely done by next weekend. Hooray.

Just happened upon your website while looking for bathroom reno ideas. Great site! Just wondering what kind of tiles you used in the shower on the second floor and where did you get them. Looks like glass and marble. Did you use the same tile on the wall with all the fixtures (color looks different in the photo)? And what size is the subway tile. Thanks!!
