Looks like KitchenAid and Sears will come through for us

As you might recall we are having some issues with our KitchenAid range hood. We wrote about it here.

After many emails back and forth with a Whirlpool staff member (KitchenAid is a Whirlpool line) a representative from Sears customer support called us last night. She was very nice and let us know that someone was going to come next Thursday to fix the problem.

We are grateful that KitchenAid and Sears are standing by their products. We’ll continue to give them our business since they take customer satisfaction seriously.
