A little update on our next tasks:

Spencer from Dennis Contracting is coming over tomorrow morning to go over our plan for the bathroom. We worked with Spencer on our big reno downstairs and he is the guy we want to work with again. He always calls when he says he’s going to, always shows up for appointments on time, their work is precise and immaculate, and to top it off he’s a really nice guy.

That said…it will come down to whether they can do the work within our budget. That has yet to be determined. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

As far as the laundry room is concerned we are going to begin the demo this weekend. As per usual our friend Ben is going to help. What would we do without him? More to come as we make progress on these projects.
