Right now we are working through some of the deficiencies on the main floor with Spencer our contractor. As he has been all along the way he is committed to making sure we get things exactly right. So it’s nice to be on the same page versus feeling like it’s a struggle to get them here once the majority of work has been completed.

Here’s a list of things that we are waiting to complete:

1. Install handles on the back door
2. Fix the pocket door on the powder room which isn’t sliding properly and needs the handle installed
3. Install the range hood
4. Add power to the island and install the dishwasher
5. Add three-way dimmers for the kitchen pots and pendants
6. Install whatever light fixtures we can buy in between now and when the electricians return
7. Fix the window sill on the beautiful round, old window in the powder room

We are likely to get all of this done in the coming days which is great.
